Gideon Gono, Reserve Bank Governor of Zimbabwe, is the man that makes possible Mugabe's continued oppression of millions of innocent Zimbabweans. Gono funds the fear by channeling, what should be public finances, directly to Mugabe's militia's to enable them to conduct their campaigns of terror. Gono rewards repression by allocating farms, equipment and precious foreign currency to the army generals and other key Mugabe allies. In addition to being the key enabler for Mugabe's reign of terror, Gono has also been responsible for the deaths of thousands of Zimbabweans through his looting of funds that should have been spent on health care, food and electricity.
His Days Are Numbered
So blatant is Gono's role in allowing Zanu PF to illegally and violently maintain their hold on power, that his activities have become the focus of a widespread, well resourced, international legal investigation. A powerful coalition of Human Rights NGOs is gathering evidence of Gono's complicity in Crimes Against Humanity because they are determined to see him pay for his crimes. The many individuals that make Gono such an effective facilitator of evil will not be spared either.
In addition to the legal action being taken against Gono and his accomplices, this website will also be launching a name and shame campaign. We already have the names, bank details, physical addresses and photographs of some of those Zimbabweans who have been profiteering from the Mugabe regime. They will be notified in the near future and if they can not refute the evidence we have gathered, then it will be published so that their friends, family, colleagues and community will know that these people profited from the misery of others. They may have turned a blind eye to the blood money they made by dealing with Gono but we will not!

For too long we Zimbabweans have felt powerless to stop the oppression and profiteering taking place in front of our very eyes. Now that is changing. You can strike a blow for justice and play your part in making change happen by sending us any information you might have on Gideon Gono and other key Reserve Bank Staff, money dealers and others that you think we might want to know about. Whether it is to do with the looting of state assets, foreign currency dealing, buying property we want to hear about it and add it to our data base so that those responsible for the misery and deaths of thousands will pay the price and understand how they have subsidised our suffering.
